Delivery Info

Whilst we endeavour to turn orders round within 2-3 days, there may be occasional delays if the miniatures have to be made up to order (for example, resin models could take up to 3 weeks to get back from the mould makers).

UK parcels should be delivered fairly swiftly but please allow extra time if being sent to Europe (2 weeks) or the rest of the world (1 month).

Obviously we shall endeavour to get your goods out as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays when within the postal system.

Delivery Costs

Shipping will be by 2nd Class Royal Mail and overseas orders will be delivered by Standard Air Mail. All postal costs will be based on the weight of the parcel and charged accordingly, with a minimum charge of £4.00 on any order...

UK:  Up to 500g = £4.00, up to 1kg = £6.00, up to 2kg = £7.00

Europe:  Up to 500g = £9.75, up to 1kg = £12.15, up to 2kg = £14.85

Rest of the World:  Up to 500g = £17.00, up to 750g = £20.10, up to 1kg = £23.35, up to 1.5kg = £29.45, up to 2kg = £31.15
